Still remember that time he had an open invitation to all the Snowflakes during CPAC, to come over to the studio and chat with him.
Dinosaur and I took him up on it, and we had a wonderful time. We spent an hour chatting with him in his office and them got the tour of the studio.
What a gracious and humble man he was.
Thing is we did not talk politics, but of our families.
His kids had just gotten their report cards and he was so proud of them.
This is the cussin' jar we gave him from all the Snowflakes.
Not quite the neatest desk.

Thanks for posting this tribute to Tony. I loved his radio show. He was so smart and had a great sense of humor. But let's not forget that voice...awww, best on the radio!
God bless you Tony!! You were a true American patriot!!

Happy Birthday, Tony!
What fun we had when we felt you were right there in our living rooms, conversing with us.
Then, you left to become the best press secretary ever! It was pure enjoyment watching you give a history lesson to the LSM.....all the while a sly smile from the corners of your mouth.
Thanks for all good times!

What a nice start to a remembrance of our friend, Tony Snow. Thank you for beginning it before you headed off to work. Look forward to hearing from you much later, if you get a chance.

I overslept this morning, perhaps from sadness, perhaps from staying up until the wee hours last night. Already Tarheel is calling me for breakfast so I have to cut out for a while. Will be back in a bit.
It is good to see some familiar names and especially good to see the collection of Tony Snow photos. Hope more will appear.
Back soon.

Even my mom, an uber- liberal, always had something nice to say about Mr. Snow. He always seemed like a classy, very nice man..............

I was visiting Washington a few years ago. There was a little coffee shop three or four blocks from the White House,( I don’t know the name)that I stopped at to grab some lunch.
The place was pretty crowded and I could not find a seat. A guy who was eating by himself motioned me over and told me to sit at his table.
It was Tony.
He was the nicest and most down to earth person I have ever met.
I truly do miss him.

Years ago, I turned Tony a custom pen out of Cocobolo. He was very gracious about receiving it. We both had Fathers who made it to full colonel in the Army.
He was class, through and through!
