Unfortunately it can (or could as history shows us) be used for great EVIL, but also has the capability of being used for great GOOD, great humanitarianism. Hats off to the Japanese when they behave well like this, and show a moral, positive, good mettle to help those in a jam, weakened, and in dire need. Heaven knows it won't come from GOVERNMENT, so much as it will from the People. In this case, Elderly People.
