This racist policy will just cause further deterioration of the cities and their black ‘hoods. To their detriment, the cities should and will be avoided by whites, because of this cr*p.

The evolution of jobs and shopping over the past few decades has removed the need for most people to ever go to a city. People commute from one suburb to another, and shop in another, and regard our cities as though they are half a world away.
