I’ve discovered the solution to police corruption.
My little town has a virtually zero crime rate. As a result, a county cop rolls through maybe once or twice a week.
Where people don’t act like animals the need for police falls.

Holder has stopped the police from doing their jobs, resulting in more dead blacks. Maybe he thinks that’s a step in the right direction? It will certainly further the cause of segregation.
