One more flight and the US manned space program is history. Libs and conservatives will be delighted. Time to pass the torch to China.

Praise the Lord. This waste of money is almost over. One more stupid politically correct crew (ill bet at least one astronaut in a wheel chair) and this madness will be over and these parasites have to go get real jobs after 99 weeks of welfare. We are totally broke and doing this junk?

So you think it's better to send the NASA money to "mostly Muslim Countries" to educate and train muslims in space science?
Or are you ignorant about that too?

Yup. All the medical advances and advances in other fields that were a result of the space program. Certainly did`nt need that crap. What a waste. The future belongs to China as we become a country of navel gazers.

delbertt (Toilets) Since May 16, 2011 - Praise the Lord. This waste of money is almost over. One more stupid politically correct crew (ill bet at least one astronaut in a wheel chair) and this madness will be over and these parasites have to go get real jobs after 99 weeks of welfare. We are totally broke and doing this junk? You have a perfect tagline, newbie. And as a Rat, you did what Rats always do - you used a kneejerk group reference without even noticing you did it.
You also chose a disability reference that merely reflected your own filthy prejudice, and had nothing to do with conservatism. Conservatives would have high praise for a paraplegic who was able to overcome his or her disability to the level of achieving spacefight crew status.
And speaking of praise, I'm surprised you were able to type the phrase "Praise the Lord" without being hit by lightning, as you used the saying only to mock.
Get lost, punk. This website is not for the likes of you - or yours.

Following on NASA ipad app... very cool. First time I’ve see this much detail (or bothered to watch). My own fault for waiting until the next to last STS mission. :-(
Godspeed, crew of the Endeavor.

I know it may not be exciting to most, but something about that shot of the runway is pretty cool.
