The wall sounds good at first... but then you think about the fact that the wall would be built on OUR SIDE of the river... and you suddenly realize it may not be such a good idea to block access to the only water source in that area of Texas.
How would you like to own land on the Rio Grand and suddenly the government comes in and builds a huge wall blocking you access to the river, for you and your animals?

Pretty much true but then securing the US border isn’t the responsibility of the gov. of Texas nor it’s tax payers alone.
