If your ER Dr. said your heart attack was caused by your Cardiologist then you should easily have a claim. I think the problem is getting the ER Dr. to testify against the other Dr. If I were you I would keep looking for an attorney.

I have a valid claim. But the liability limit is $250,000. No insurance company will settle and it would cost at least that much to get it to court.
