If people were coming to my house to do violent protests, I wouldn't prepare with non-lethal methods.
I would fire to stop the immediate threat. Lethal would not be my goal, but it might happen 99.9% of the time. That way the problem is solved, permanently, and the far left doesn't get their panties in a knot.
