This is pretty cut and dry... the congressman has a known connection to this student (they followed each other on Twitter.)

He sent the photo to her but made it public (on accident we can assume)... and she began to delete EVERY trace of her existence online.

1) they did a LOT more than that. on many official documents, including the Selective Service from.
2) more importantly, look at the coverage, of the incredible scrubbing going on. just over one photo.
the coed’s name is even being removed from newspaper articles she wrote:

amazing how fast the scrubbing occurred.

this shows clearly what they are capable of, in the area of scrubbing and hiding documents and fraud, and how quickly, even for a relative minor reason.
