RE: I am glad Senator Santorum is in the race. I don’t think he is capable of winning the primary. However, his presence may keep issues from moving entirely to the economy to the neglect of moral ones

Santorum is underestimated when it comes to economic and fiscal issues. Many seem to think that he is simply a one track social issues kind of guy because of his passionate defense of marriage and the unborn.
However, His senate record shows that he is often on the right side of the issues when it comes to taxes, regulation, debt and the budget.
He often subs for Bill Bennett in the show MORNING IN AMERICA and when he interviews economists, Santorum shows that he understand the economic issues facing this country.
