Just as you assumed that the allegations made against Jose Guerena are facts you have assumed that what you just accused me of. The fact is that I think the shoddy police work was wrong and un-Constitutional regardless of whether Mr. Guerena is innocent or guilty. Any half-with could have arrested him without incident.
“The fact is that I think the shoddy police work was wrong”
That’s called an opinion based on assumptions, not fact.
“and un-Constitutional regardless of whether Mr. Guerena is innocent or guilty.”
Again, just opinion, not fact.
Red flag number two: the fact that Pima Count Sheriff Dupnik presented himself to the press with a blatant agenda for THREE months January - March during the entire Giffords shooting debacle. It wasn't just one ridiculous statement the man made, it was dozens. He has proven himself in full public light to be a statist, a "gubmint mouthpiece," delusional, and an asshole on top of that. HE PROVED ON LIVE TELEVISION THAT HE WAS A LIAR WITH A PENCHANT FOR NOT JUST TWISTING FACTS, BUT FOR OUTRIGHT FANTASTICAL DELUSION.
And the SWAT team members are wondering why the public is questioning their actions? And the actions of their Sheriff leading them? Come on.
Sadly, you will now see the defenders of this egregious assault relieved that something was allegedly found to “justify” the summary execution of a man at home with his wife and kids. Perhaps these defenders were also on board with Ruby Ridge and Waco assaults:

Professional officers could have handled these cases much more effectively where no one gets killed. But I guess there’s no glory quietly arresting a suspect as he leaves a convenience store.
