I'm sorry but since the officers' stories have been changing (some have lied) since the start of this whole debacle, I'm not taking as fact anything they are stating. I prefer to say that they "alleged" that he pointed a gun at them....just like I prefer to say "alleged" criminal when referring to Guerena as opposed to you who keeps stating, as fact, that he wasn't innocent.

The officer stories haven’t changed. Some of the officers thought the perp fired first in the confusion.
There is no conspiracy. Just ever present conspiracy due to weak minded individuals.
