There were no drugs found at this house. Was the border agent hat the “part of a law enforcement uniform” that was found, or is this more disinformation? If that WAS what was found, all these hysterical ninnies are just proven wrong: he absolutely was a criminal, and IF so, I take back everything I said about this being a tragedy. It’s still tragic that anyone dies, but that WOULD prove that the man brought it on himself.
And to whoever it was that posted about the wife having been a cool customer: Yeah, IF her husband was a criminal, I have no doubts she’d have no trouble coming up with her fairly incongruent claims in a matter of minutes. She was probably trying to extricate herself from this scene before the siren even went off the second time.
That said, I’m not rushing to any judgment that he was a criminal based on a partially errant post on FR. Got anything to back yourself up?

There are reports that this was but one of four houses raided with warrants, involved in a drug gang.
There were large amounts of cash and drugs found in the overall operation...it didn’t say which of the 4 houses had what.
But that is irrelevant as they were all part of the investigation.
