Well, if I were sleeping, I might not make it out of the bed for five of the eight seconds.
I just don’t see someone waking up from a sound sleep, running to grab a hidden weapon that the wife doesn’t know about and pointing it at cops when the guy in question has nothing to hide. I don’t see a rational person doing it even if he did have something to hide such as keeping something at his house that belongs to another family member.
So he had something to hide, lets say thats true. Does that mean the cops can engineer a situation to be highly dangerous with a highly predictable outcome. The cops action results in the death of someone who has a history of being a stand-up solid American and who also has not been charged with a crime let alone convicted?
