I don't want homosexuals to be any more unhappy than they already are.

They are emotionally unstable and are always going to be unhappy. They think that forcing people to accept them will make a difference. It won't.

I don't want to deny homosexuals the right to leave their inheritance to whomever they choose.

What law stops them? You can leave your money to your cat if you want. NOTHING stops them from doing that.

Or to name whomever they choose as a beneficiary. Stuff like that.

They can do that too. There's no law against it. They can also get a power of attorney to name anyone to "speak" for them.

You are, unfortunately, buying the propaganda. My cousin Weldon died in the 70's. His "partner" got their house, insurance and everything else.

I was going to say just what you said! I recalled wealthy people leaving everything to their cats, or a shyster who recently befriended them.
