The Post Office was responsible to clean the poop out of his yard; without the video, he had no proof.
The Postal Inspectors were reported to have spent time around the trash cans, not raking the lawn.
It wasn’t his yard. He stood in his house across the street and shot the video. If you watched the news interview with this idiot it would have probably pissed you off. A decent human being would have walked over and asked the Postman if he would like to use his bathroom to perhaps finish the job and clean up. That poor Postman didn’t poop in the video takers neighbors yard for fun. There was a public bathroom 2 blocks up the street but he couldn’t make it.
