Was Sarah Palin's New Home Purchase Preceded By A "Robosigned" (And Fraudulent) Title Release?
Zero Hedge ^ | 05/26/2011 | Tyler Durden

Posted on 05/26/2011 11:51:55 AM PDT by SeekAndFind

Yesterday we reported that Sarah Palin has just purchased a new property in North Scottsdale, AZ for $1.75 million. We further speculated that there may have been some fishyness with regard to the terms of the purchase of the JPM short sale which was an over 100% flip in about a year. So far so good. Where this story takes yet another detour into the macabre, is a cursory analysis of the release deed of the prior mortgage holder of the property, one Steven Soraya, who had a loan amounting to $980,500.00 with Wells Fargo, which was released on July 3, 2007 and which just so happens was signed by Robosigner extraordinaire, the one, the only, the infamous Linda Green. Ergo our question: did miss Palin just procure a property to which there is no legitimate title, and which, therefore, may not have been legitimately sold to her? Oh yes, MERS is of course involved too.

Behold Ms. Green's signature on the release of the mortgage (and compare to her original signature).20070807778

JPM in turn procured the property courtesy of MERS...

But all may yet be well: the seller, the previously mentioned Ian Whitmore, received a special warranty deed to defend the title.... from JP Morgan.... for $10.

Expect to hear much more on this story.

Don’t even take this seriously. It’s somebody trying to manufacture a scandal.

Which surely Sarah Palin did (just like most normal home buyers). It’s such a shame that the result will be that the buyer will have to move back out even though he will get his money back, and the house will stay in unsalable la la land even if the putative owner of the title walked away from his mortgage on purpose.

The women gets paid for speaking at a university and everyone has a conniption fit. She buys a house and the media immediately investigates. her kid gets a speeding ticket ang everyone wants her to stop working and stay home with the kids. Must be hell to live under a magnifying glass. meanwhile the most vile, corrupt Marxist and his ugly wife live in the white house and get a free pass.

Don’t you just wish that a REAL MEDIA would have 1% of the same curiosity of Obama as the current MEDIA does of Palin?

Title Insurance is the correct answer.

They just start writing checks until everyone says it is good.

Precisely. And the title company/title search should have revealed any ‘cloud’ on the title. Further, title insurance should (I say should because this issue may have caused title companies to list this situation in the exceptions) cover it.

It’s an attempt to make Palin look like she capitalized on someone’s hardship. She is after all a capitalist and believes in the American way. For that she should be punished.

The marxist in the White House has had a controversy over his citizenship for at least three years while the media haven’t moved a muscle to investigate, but the ink isn’t even dry on Sarah’s home purchase and the baying hounds are already on the trail.

Yet another piece of evidence to support the charge that the "journalist" profession is peopled by leftist whores for the democRat Party.

The $10.00 consideration on the deed from JPMorgan Bank to Whitmore is “token consideration”. The contract between those two parties would spell out the total consideration.

It would also be useful to determine what the statute of limitations is in Arizona as to lawsuits for real property claims. It may well be that Mr. Soraya, the owner of the property who defaulted on his mortgage, may be barred by the passage of time from asserting any claims against his lender.

As someone noted, this is why you buy title insurance.

Sarah Palin is an innocent purchaser of this property. Rather than throwing horse manure at Sarah based on a wild and reckless confusion of facts and law, the press ought to go interview Mr. Soraya, and get the facts as to why he defaulted.

Well, golly gee....Sarah hasn’t even been confirmed as the purchaser, yet she annoucnes a “bus tour”, and sure enough, the libbo savages come out and dig deep into the bowels of lunacy to try to find SOMETHING to pick at? These are the same reptiles who were digging through her garbage in Wasilla in 2008?

STUPID INTOLERANT LIBBO RACIST WACKOS.

Hey, why don’t you go through your Messiah Zero’s:

— Chicago home records, and why it has his attorney’s name on it, and how Rezko is involved in it
— his fraudulent social security numbers
-— his forged birth certificate
— his missing and hidden state senator records, college records, law school records, medical records
-— oh, and while you’re at it, how about you investigate his involvement with Larry Sinclair and the murder of Donald Young?

Lots of fodder there for your reptiles. But instead, you bark up the wrong rock.

(apologies to reptiles for the rude comparison to liberals).

< SRM mode> Deborah Brignac did not dot the i in her signature on the ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST, therefore Sarah Palin is not a viable candidate. < /SRM mode>

Why are so many on this thread trying to make it sound like this is some sort of hit-piece on Gov. Palin? It isn’t.

That’s right. If anything is wrong here, it looks like Palin is the victim. But true believers don’t even want to believe that. They believe she’s perfect in every way, she cannot be fooled at all.

The “deep” title search shouldn’t come until after she declares.

This is an enormous club to hold over ALL of the “combine”. Every person in America can understand the sheer agony of not knowing whether one’s own house is their own.

It’s not about it being a hit piece. It’s about that they scum took the time to look at all, while giving their messiah a carte-blanche pass no matter what. They’ll do cartwheels through flaming coals before they’ll practice any kind of objective journalism when it comes to “the one”. After all, to admit that he’s a corrupt, lying, incompetent, marxist, knob-polishing, narcissist would be admitting their own colosal group-think stupidty into being conned. So they’ll defend him to the end....because by doing so, they are really defending themselves.

I’ve been watching your oily MO here for some time “SeekAndFind”.
The huge bulk of your posts are hit pieces on prominent conservative personalities and positions, overwhelmingly Sarah Palin, with just enough scattered generic posts to give yourself some ‘cred’.
This foot stamping little outburst of yours pretty much betrays your animus and motivations.
