Everything you eat is subject to genetic modification.
Do you eat anything that is the byproduct of selective breeding in animal husbandry? That organically raised meat has been genetically modified via selective breeding.
And all your organic veggies and grains... those have been selectively bred through hybridization, which by its very definition is genetic modification.
So - the only way to avoid any contact with genetically modified food is to die.

Well, there is a difference between selective breeding and genetic modification such as injecting DNA and genes from one organism into another and other such weird stuff.

In Monsanto’ case, I’ve read where they modify the food so as to add more chemicals later, roundup.

So, it's your contention that the work of Luther Burbank and the work of Monsanto are identical? Just no difference at all in how the two produced plants that were genetically different?

It's Bt toxin, http://homeharvest.com/bt.htm which has been used for about 70 years and is approved as an ORGANIC pesticide.
