Fiji and Jamaica are not in Africa.

I was in South Africa last year, in South Africa the Blacks don’t like the Whites either and vice versa. The experience of South Africa does not apply to the most of the rest of Africa. South Africa has a unique history.

The Apartheid regime in South Africa played a game of “divide and rule” with the Blacks, Indians and “Coloureds”. As recently as 1983, P.W.Botha proposed a constitution in which there were to be three houses of parliament; one for the Indians, one for the Coloureds and one for the Whites. No provisions were made for the Blacks.

Unfortunately, the terrible terrible history of that beautiful country makes racial reconciliation difficult. You will not see the same visceral hatred of Whites and Indians in most African nations.(Zimbabwe is an important exception).

Idi Amin was quite simply, mad. He did not just persecute Indians but scores of his own country men.If you recall, he murdered a prominent Anglican bishop.

You also claim that other parts of African do not have significant Indian populations. Idi Amin expelled 80,000 Ugandan Asians, but I can tell you that there are a lot more than 80,000 Indians in Nigeria.

SA and Zimbabwe are the two countries with significant White and Indian population. The rest of Africa dont have as many White or Indian population as do these two countries.

Forget Botha, apartheid does not exist anymore. African people are in power in both these countries. The current plight of Whites in Zimbabwe and the racial hatred between races in SA is also a window to African racial hatred for other races. Wait until a significant racial minority attains economic and political clout in any of the West African nations over and above the general African population..... and you will see the story of Idi Amin and Robert Mugabe repeat itself. Nigeria has no shortage of despotic dictators herself.
