My only gripe is the young man sold the rights (apprarently)of the first video to the sleaze at HuffPo. Too bad.
no it does not work that way...
If a website brings more than 10000 views to a You Tube Video. The “As Seen On” is displayed with the name and link of the referring website.

the “as seen on” link is not any declaration of copyright. It is merely an indication that the video has been featured on a popular blog that has driven a lot of traffic to that video. This is a feature of the YouTube itself and is done automatically by the system.
You don’t need to remove the video, it’s not an indication that anything is wrong, in fact it is exactly the opposite...your video is popular.
