California needs to institute a “homeless person” tax. Yes, another tax. They are going to need the extra money because of all the prisoners that they will have to release soon. Once released from prison, they will be homeless and in dire need of services. These, in addition to the regular homeless and illegals are going to cause real economic problems for the locals so the state should fund it. How about a whining liberal progressive movie star or public office holder tax to fund this additional requirement?
I think an actual political campaign where we set up a - temporary tent city - for the homeless right on the grounds of the California state capitol would get a lot of attention...
When it is over, just leave the tents there occupied by homeless squatters...
