I got it. I really got it early on, but I am a stubborn Southerner, and it was so very embarrassing for the president that I felt sorry for him. I was ignorant of the protocol involved in giving a toast to the Queen. He really flubbed it. To me, this event is worse than President Bush vomiting on whomever in Japan or China back in 1991ish. I don’t remember George W. Bush doing anything remotely this embarrassing. But I could be misremembering. lol I apologize for being so ignorant. Thankfully, I do not have to toast the Queen of England or even stand in her presence. I’m sure I would embarrass myself. :)
You don't have a protocol staff briefing you before events. Bammi does; and he ignores them.

The unfortunate target was Japan's Prime Minister. Afterwards, the President collapsed to the floor. He had been extremely sick and a rational person should realize he was really blameless. Not being remotely rational, the eneMedia was torn between Outrage and Estacy.
