I thought it was odd too, that Obama left town while Netanyahu was here. Yes they had met already, but how did the scheduling work? Was this a planned absence? It sure looks like Obama got scolded by Bibi and left town before Bibi’s speech to Congress.

Did Bibi get a state dinner, was it an official state visit?

Maybe there’s nothing to it, but I too thought it was very odd scheduling that Obama left while our only true ally in the Middle East was here.

i dont think Bibi is entitled to an official state dinner by our protocol *not reallly sure * He is not a king or presidnent.... but he is surely entitled to more warmth, respect, & attention and official recognition by the white house.. maybe a dinner party with some DECENT entertainment.

Obama tossed Bibi a couple of quarters and told him to help himself to the staff vending machine.

I thought it was odd too, that Obama left town while Netanyahu was here.

And why? To go to IRELAND to explore his roots. Odd.

And here is a lovely, barf-filled article on his loving mother:

Single mother's love greatest blessing for future US president

By chance, a biography of Dunham, by the New York Times journalist Janny Scott, was published this week, as Obama navigated the choppy aftermath of the commando raid that killed Osama bin Laden. A Singular Woman: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mother , helps to explain how Obama became the calm, caring but above all pragmatic president he is.

.
.
.
.
Little Barack lived with his mother and stepfather in Jakarta from age six to 10. In Dreams From My Father, Obama described how his mother would wake him at 4am, force-feed him breakfast, then make him study English for hours to prepare for re-entry into the US educational system. “This is no picnic for me either, buster,” she told him.

And then she SENT HER BOY TO LIVE WITH HER PARENTS!!!
