Is that a proposed subpoena, or one authorized by the court?
I can’t see a Judges signature on the scan on Orly’s site.
There is no space for a judge’s signature. Only the signature of the issuer who can be the attorney for the plaintiff or defendant and the 2nd page is Proof of Service for delivery of the subpoena.
This document must be generated by the court.
It can’t be that easy, surely?
I am baffled to be honest.
