I’ve been searching too, I can’t find anything- it wasn’t a long interview, basically the man was answering the idea that this would be aimed at Republicans or Conservatives. He acted like it was foolish to think it was meant for that. When I was searching I did find where Dan Pfeiffer was explaining this on Huff. and it was basically the same as what the man I heard was saying. I have no idea if the man claiming this is aimed at the Democrat base was Mr. Pfieffer or someone using his talking point.

I saw lots of those myself. Since almost everything comes from a single source ("hot off the AP wire") they're mostly all the same story simply being repeated.
Sometimes it takes a day or two to find videos after they're broadcast.
