I'm not so sure about that. I'm big on 2A, and carry more often than not, but is trashing a convenience store really grounds for use of deadly force? If they attack the workers, sure, but most flash mobs just steal goods and bolt.
I agree to what was alluded to above, the cure needed is responsible parenting.
