I have got a question here about this odious antic. Let us say that this goofball does manage to convince another State’s Congressional District to elect him, does his seniority go with him?

I think that it does because it is an accepted fact that when a Representative changes districts within a State, his seniority transfers as well. So Dennis can go play elsewhere and the circus that surrounds his Planet Bizzaro will travel with him. How so very nice.

I suspect there is at least a one year residency qualification requirement should he decide to jump to a state other than Ohio. that would mean that he would have to, at least on paper, become resident of the new state. So, would he have to move by Nov 2011 to run in Nov of ‘12? And, if he does move out of Ohio this Nov, how could he legally continue to be the rep of his current district?
