I agree with the options you stated as possible for the defense..... However as mentioned, we are also going to see a defense that is going to stretch these proceedings out to the max... included in that will be many ‘other’ stories incorporated into their defense which really will have no bearing on the case but will be argued as a means to divert attention and confuse the real issue at hand.
Depends on the Judge IMO. Whether that will be allowed in as evidence remains to be seen. NY Supreme Court Judges in the Criminal Division are sticklers, and although they want the accused to get a fair trial, they dont want their time wasted.
I don’t think we will be seeing the NY version of Judge Ito.
The Prosecutors are a lot more experienced and savvy than the hapless, clueless duo who prosecuted the case against OJ.
