It has nothing to do with the weight of the vehicle and everything to do with wheel base. The limo was much too long to navigate that arc out of the driveway. Sh!t happens.
I don’t even think it’s the wheelbase that did it. Looks to me like that car has automatic load leveling suspension. The moron driving should just turn off the load leveling function. That would let the front wheels come down and raise the car up.
