Yes, how did the baby die “quickly” if she was cooked alive, then taken to a hospital to die....the next day?

Unspeakable cold murder

Christ, thank you for accepting this child into your arms.

Yes...what exactly did that statement mean. How bad does it have to be to desrve death for taking anothers life...in this case an innocent baby totured to death...and that certainly was the case in taking at least two minutes to “cook” the baby from the inside out.

What was the beast of a woman doing those two minutes?

I am for the death penalty in this case...without question.

What’s the difference between this and a late-term abortion?

Once the courts decided in Roe v. Wade that life was cheap, this was a natural outcome.

Sheesh! That is really gruesome....but yes, perfect for this woman. After all she had zero compassion or love for her baby’s life.

I understand in this type of punishment the criminal endures about 17 days...and likely goes insane before all is said and done.

But again fitting for this woman of whom I have zero sympathy for. Hopefully some in the prison will let her know what she put her baby thru.

Each day I grow more convinced that justice no longer exists in America and that we are devolving as a society.

Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Ecclesiastes 8:11

Truly the only comfort in this situation.

Mothers have become beasts and that without remorse for the most part. Selfish to the height of the meaning doesn’t say enough.

There was a time where people would be in the streets demanding full justice for this individual. Now we’ve adapted to hearing and seeing this sort of thing as just another incident.

What an absolutely vile and heinous crime.

But apparently in Dayton, roasting your infant child in a microwave isn’t considered too awful, as crimes go.

Yes sir, the lawyers that intentional work to delay justice, so as to build credibility in certain circles, surely will have their just reward also. I am struck by the cry of “the death penalty costs too much, and takes too long, therefore we must abolish it” from the lawyers(pronounced liars), when these liars main goal is to stretch out the judgement, and cost taxpayers millions, so as to use that argument. I would love to see a judge “sentence” a lawyer that intentionally delays justice for his own agenda, to the same number of days working in the public defenders office. If they really want to help the poor and unfortunate, make it official. We would then see that these liars only wish to make a name for themselves, for the purpose of MAKING LARGE CASH, not helping the lowest among us.

After all she had zero compassion or love for her baby’s life.

Her desire to spite her boyfriend transcended any natural compassion she might have felt.

Nope, I don't buy that. A mother doesn't do a deed like that, regardless of anything happening prior, unless she already has determined the insignificance of her child's life to begin with...and her life alone as central and all encompassing. The boyfriend was simply immaterial for the most part. She would have abandoned the child one day...in one form or another. IMO.

Maybe it’s better that she was not given the death sentence otherwise eric, my people, holder would have turned it into a circus.

She used the child as an instrumentality for making a point, based on her emotional needs at the time. It's a classic sign of emotional immaturity, a condition that typifies all to many "adults" these days. "Nothing is more important than me and my emotional needs at the present time."

There are plenty in the Dayton area who wanted the death penalty for this woman’s crime. But the Southern “Christian” Leadership Council held rallies on her behalf in the downtown section two days in a row, stating that she was being railroaded because of her race. It was obvious that their efforts were designed to influence the sentencing.

I live near Dayton and this murdering animal has cost the city of Dayton (which is pretty much destitute anyway) the cost of I believe it is 3 trials, soon to be 4 as her lawyers plan to appeal this sentence.

SHe is lucky not the be sent to death row as she deserves.

Her story changed daily, first someone else did it, then she wasn’t around when it happened, then she was but someone else did it but she doesn’t know who it was etcetc until I guess she opened her mouth in jail and admitted to others that she was in fact guilty, but then she denied she did that - it goes on and on and I cannot believe that this horrible person who committed this horrific crime actually caused hung juries and repeated retrials.

It is nauseating.

O MOST HOLY YHVH, WHAT HAVE WE BECOME??!

What's the big deal?

This was just a Fourth Trimester abortion ...

I'm not YHVH, but I'll answer your question IMHO: "we" have become a society which holds as a sacred constitutional right, the bloody slaughter of (unborn) children. Life is cheap in these United States of America, especially the life of a child.

"We" have become a society which has turned from the worship of YHVH to the worship of molech. We recoil in horror from this crime ... but only because of its obviousness. That a defense attorney could successfully argue that the perpetrator of this this crime was not one of the "worst offenders" is an indictment of the society from which the jury was pulled.

These reports, published in various articles throughout her trials, does not indicate to me in the slightest that this was simply a matter of an arguement with her boyfriend...or transferance of any sort.... Paticularly when she did not take the baby to the hospital UNTIL THE NEXT DAY!.... Not to mention the fact her boyfriend was living with her...who IMO is just as guilty as she.

“She wrapped the infant in a blanket, placed her in a microwave, turned the microwave on and then WENT OUTSIDE”

“Arnold had to carry the baby over, place her in the microwave, shut the door and press buttons.....Then she waited while her child cooked to death.”

“Afterwards, Arnold and the child’s father had apparently gone out for a short time and left Paris with a babysitter, Rion said.”

“The mother didn’t sense anything out of the ordinary until the next morning, when the child was found unconscious.”

“Detectives looking into the death of a month-old girl didn’t... at first... consider that a microwave oven might have been used......They knew the baby had been burned but were unsure how. The baby’s mother, ........China Arnold, told investigators .....”she had no idea what happened.”

Arnold, arrested 15 months after her daughter died.

“...a forensic pathologist, testified that the girl likely died after being burned in the microwave oven for longer than two minutes....... Dr. William Matre,.... who saw the baby at the emergency room,.... told jurors he was surprised that Arnold seemed to not know that the baby was burned because the burns were so obvious.”

“The 30-year-old continued to deny killing her baby after going through two trials in the case....”
