Remember, the alternative is releasing 30,000 prisoners into society pre-rehabilitation / time-served. These are people who can’t even get out on ankle-monitor parole.

You can’t schedule your toileting so precisely. You can schedule meal times precisely. But not toilet needs so to the minute.
I’d rather have the mess than the early release. But I am advocating some porta potties here, I think that is more in line with constitutional guidelines.
I’d agree with the chamber pots, too, as long as they get emptied reasonably.
I think the Supremes should order prison building or porta pottie installations rather than ordering prisoner release.
