If the article is true, neither qualify for the presidency. Both parents MUST be born in the USA. Both of Obama's parents weren't born in the US. Both of them weren't even citizens. Congress declared Obama to be elected president. I'd like to see Rubio run just to dare a court to rule him ineligible, and thus exposing how Congress shredded the US Constitution when they declared electoral votes for Obama to be valid.

They've used our freedom and law against us so many times, totally ignoring Constitutional parameters at the least, common decency at the most ... We should feel obligated to return the punches they've thrown.
