All we have out of the HI Dept. of Health are Legal Weasel Words. Appearing to say something that they actually do not say.
IMHO Barry the Bastard was not born in HI at all. But there is no proof of where he actually was born.
Don’t try to tell me the COLB just released “proved” anything. It is not certified, is not of sufficient quality to determine if it is valid.
