So Fox is now the boss of the United States of America Presidential election process?

What are they going to do if Sarah announces her candidacy tomorrow, or next week, nullify it???

At the time Palin signed on with Fox, the possibility of her running for President had been well discussed. The details of when she would let them know if she would be a candidate were probably spelled out in her contract. Newt and Santorum have been at Fox longer and they may not have covered the matter in the contracts. They were put on notice by Fox, Sarah was not.
