Getting rid of Feingold was great, but Walker isn't nearly as Conservative as several other Republican Midwestern Governors.

He's soft on Democrats ~ we know you can't compromise with those people. Once you get the slightest bit of leverage you punch and punch and punch.

I would agree with that assessment of Walker and that he should have been a bit more forceful instead of painstakingly careful about trying to appear so reasonable. That aside, the flip of government control in Wisconsin was still a political masterpiece. And it is still Wisconsin after all. Madison and Milwaukee still vote there.
