1.7 million. Smokin' deal. Four years ago it would easily have topped 3 million.
This makes a lot of sense. She needs a base in the lower 48, wants somewhere warm, politically congenial, with reliable flying weather and good air connections including a couple of daily non-stops to Anchorage, not too expensive. Couldn't have picked better. We love her to bits around here.

Also extremely convenient to Scottsdale Municipal Airport for the occasional trip on a private jet.

Lol. Maybe out of consideration for the leftist activists they’ll get a house that has a comfortable residence next door, one with a pool even.

Looks like a beautiful home and a good deal! Also, like you said, close to the airport and the property is isolated enough from the prying eyes of the lamestream.

Is her son leaving Alaska as well????
To: RedMDer; ccmay
Yes! Headquarters for campaign 2012 and also close to Bristol. I think the Palins decided on AZ for their second home a while back.

The liberals will criticize her moving out of Alaska, if that’s what happening here.
Then again, the liberals criticize anything having to do with any Palin.
This attracts attention just because of speculation about Sarah Palin, and why she would abandon her home state.
Of course, nobody was allowed to say anything about the Clintons abandoning Arkansas so Hillary could be a senator from a place she had never lived before. But since the MSM liberals decide what the criteria are, it’s clear that a good Democrat can move wherever and it is not something to talk about. But if an evil Republican does it, there must be sinister motives involved.
Just wait and see the MSM pick this real estate deal apart.

He’s also diabetic and has regained an awful lot of weight. That’s why he’s not running for President. The Lord sent him a message ~ 300 lbs!
