Probably not.
No. She is such a dimwit asshat that she’ll probably go on the media and give a victory speech again.
Justice David Prosser has beaten challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg by 7,006 votes, 310 votes less than the pre-recount 7,316-vote marginAt that rate, they'll have to do 23 more recounts to put Kloppenburg in the lead.
Daunting, but I think they can do it.
Oh, but wait... Tim Pawlenty isn't governor of this state, is he?
Nevermind.
I guess it’s hard for her to believe with all that voter fraud, she still didn’t win. Is it really over now?
with a Democrat, a/k/a Socialists/ Communist it is never over. Evil never rests or sleeps.
Nice...we all knew this outcome.
It’s still damn annoying how the dem always creeps up on these.
True. Possner should take command and just give a victory speech.
Wait, wait....It has been revealed that not a sufficient number of Black people or union members were on the recount committe and the results are obviously biased and racist and must be wrong.
Woo Hoo!!!
Come on Joanne embarrass yourself even further.
Kloppenburg for Senate!
Isn’t it amazing how we always seem to lose votes in recounts? It is never the other way around. Yes, thank goodness the forces of evil lost this time, but notice they gained 300+ votes. I would like to see the Repubs just once gain votes on these recounts. Which makes one wonder just how badly did Prosser actually pound this witch? How many thousands of these Klippity Klop votes were fake?
Shes definitely going to court...

Statement of Melissa Mulliken, Kloppenburg for Justice Campaign Manager on Supreme Court Recount
Melissa Mulliken, Campaign Manager for JoAnne Kloppenburg, today issued a statement on the conclusion of the recount process in Waukesha County:
Clerks around Wisconsin have done hard and good work on this recount and all Wisconsin residents owe them thanks. We also thank the hundreds of volunteers across the state who have served as observers.
The recount has uncovered numerous anomalies and irregularities. Vote tallies have changed in every county.
Now, as the process calls for, we will review the record and we will determine, based on the facts, the evidence and the law, whether to request judicial review.
BTTT
She has five days to decide to sue, and on the fifth day she will announce that she is suing. From what I understand the end game is to delay the seating of Prosser on August 1st so that the Wisconsin Supreme Court can vote 3 - 3 (tie) on the recently enacted union legislation, which would thereby let a lower court ruling stand.
We will see if Governor Walker allows the union thugs who are directing Kloppenburg’s every move to succeed with this disgraceful slap in the face to the voters. My guess is that he has something up his sleeve to deal with this. He better.
I agree that she will sue. Obviously there is no chance that the courts will overturn the election results. The only reason for this initial recount and addtional litigation is to make the seat vacant when the union bill comes to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. I understand that the winner starts the term on August 1. I have not been able to answer the question about the seating of the winner if the state elections board has certified the winner but the loser brings a court challenge. Will Prosser be seated on August 1 if the court challenge is not settled?
