Are you also astounded by that fact that I think we are giving too much welfare money to the Arabs? You seem to be unaware of this fact: the American taxpayer is broke and can now longer afford this joint and massive welfare payments to either Israelis or Arabs.
That “welfare” payment to Israel is money that Israel then spends back to the U.S. to purchase military hardware for both their defense of Israel and also for holding the line against a total takeover of the MidEast by the Muzzies. Israel is our frontline, watchdog, and eyes and ears on the ground as to what is fomenting in the always dangerous Middle East dictatorships which she is surroumnded by, it is where we get much of our military intelligence and spy intelligence through the Mossad. Israel is invaluable to our own security interests as well as ours. Not to mention that Israel is the only true democracy in the region, you know, like the U.S. Your myopic viewpoint astounds me.
You’re presenting a rational argument to someone wearing blinders. You are right, there’s more to this than just money.
"A watchdog" who bites the hand that feeds him by repeatedly spying on his "true friend" (as Israel does with impunity) can not be trusted. If you don't believe me, google Jonathan Pollard or AIPAC spy case. The worship of Bibi by some here makes Obama worship look tame by comparison.
BTW, your rationalization for giving welfare money from unwilling taxpayers to Bibi reminds me of Jesse Helms' claim that tobacco subsidies "made money" for the government or leftist claims that the TARP "made money."
