"Can somebody put together a Hawaiian birth cert for this guy?

He went to high school outside of Philadelphia - I bet we could get a PA birth certificate. For a price, you can get ANYTHING in PA!

I'd let him use mine (I was born in Philadelphia) but he is 7 years older.
