I don’t know if it can be determined or not. I’ve seen people who have had the procedure and you can see the forehead now flat and little to no expression on the face. However, since the child is so little... her forehead would already be flat. I wonder if the woman is backing out of the Botox story since her daughter was taken away. Better be a liar than abusing your kid sort of thing.
Either way, she’s a bleepin’ NUT. She should be monitored by somebody sane - a committee of you and me? - while she gets psychiatric treatment for her pathological attention-seeking behavior.
I read somewhere else that they have determined that she did not give her daughter botox. The child has also been returned, as long as her sister stays with her until the investigation is closed.
