I'm very suspicious of Hagee. I was an usher for Congregational Methodist Conference in 2008, where Hagee was a speaker. He had all these bodyguards around him. Either hard-bitten Texas Ranger-types, or former military. In Jackson, Mississippi on a Saturday night, that was totally unnecessary. He gave the impression that suicide bombers were about to attack the Hotel en masse'. If he was a preacher of the Gospel, he shouldn't fear man.

Also, his theology is suspect. From what I understand, he actually thinks that Jews can get to heaven without the anoning blood of Jesus Christ...through Mosaic Law. I would be very scared to tell anyone they can get to Heaven apart from Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

How well did that line of thought work out for Jesus Christ? As I recall he didn't fear any man either and looked what happened to Him, by men.

What a ridiculous statement! Let your life be threatened and stand in a war zone... see if you aren't affected. Of course he has to have protection...so did Billy Grahm and others who have threats against them. It goes with the territory.......I suppose you also think we don't need the military or a police force if we're Christians. Sheesh!
