This was disorderly conduct, not domestic violence. I'm not sure what the difference is, but it appears that there is one. Just on the face of it...you need 2 for domestic violence, whereas I can be charged with disorderly conduct all my self.

Not exactly. There would have to be at least one other person there to observe your conduct and react to it.
