Obama's string of demands on Israel is is actually good news. No I'm not crazy, OK perhaps a little but not about this. If Obama's plan had been even remotely reasonable there is the possibility that Israel, having no friends remaining, would have made concessions. By making the demands so completely outrageous Obama has made the plans a complete non starter. Israel can win a short violent war. They cannot endure a siege forever.

And there is a time for every event under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1 This is the time for Israel to fight for its very survival. Obama's tone deaf diplomacy has ensured that the pointless talking will end.
