Private-sector employment in Wisconsin increased by 3,000 in April from the previous month, according to the seasonally adjusted estimates released Thursday by the state Department of Workforce Development.

You just reminded me of this story:
Our local HS got a bunch of students to go down to the state capital and protest school budget cuts.
The story quoted a teacher who said it was great that the students had a chance to participate in the political process, then as an afterthought she mentioned that they also got to do “real chanting”.
