People who are obviously mentally ill shouldn’t be executed...the Nazis did that back in the 30’s and 40’s. What he SHOULD have happen to him is incarceration for such a blatantly obvious rip-off of taxpayer funds. Not only him, but every lawyer, doctor, and government worker who authorized this travesty needs to be locked up.
Now, if this dude also shows a predelection for perversion against children...THEN you can execute him.
