The new Middle East is under Radical Leadership now. ( as we saw in Pakistan the money we gave them was used to build a nuclear facility.)

As pointed out by a former CIA agent, we have lost our Terrorist information from Egypt, Libya and others who now don't trust the US including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait.

We are going to have a major terrorist attack because of these actions.

I wondered that myself - I'm a little weak in foreign aid implementation; whether it requires congressional approval or if it's a grab bag the president wields alone.
