She [Donna Brazile] asserts that Republicans are passing state ballot integrity laws — such as voter photo-ID requirements – to limit the participation of minority voters, the young, and the poor (purported Obama voters) heading into the 2012 elections.

She can assert anything she wants.
Implicit in her assertion is that certain people are too stupid to perform certain simple tasks; like feeding themselves. But they are normal enough to vote. This makes no sense.

There are only two possibilities : either Brazile is a retard, or she is convinced the rest of us are.

Until she provides adult reasons or explanations as to how exactly presenting ID limits participation in anything, I will continue to assume she is a retard, regardless of her skin color.

Don't these people have to provide ID when buying alcohol? when buying cigarettes? Entering casinos? Cashing welfare checks? Applying for a loan? Attending a new school?

I would be all for straight up voter disenfranchisement. You get Welfare, AFDC, SSDI, you don't get to vote. Oh and throw in you can't be a renter and let's jack the age to 25 while we are at it. This country would transform in 2 election cycles, we would put the brakes on the worthless moochers and parasites voting themselves more lavish benefits. I am sure Pelosi would even lose her district. Will it happen? nah. More liekly a serious social upheaval is coming with the country going broke and we have some sort of military junta taking over at the civilian government cannot keep order, think RoboCop or Judge Dread type society. We are Rome in the 5th century, teetering, bloated, decadent and corrupt.

It's very interesting to see the Limousine Liberals cry about how hard it is for so may people to get the photo ID needed to vote. Yet the answer is right under their fat butts: a variation of Get Out The Vote! Cart those underpriveledged people (make sure they have their proper birth certificates or proof of citizenship) to wherever they need to go to get their photo ID. Contribute any fee that the DMV or whomever charges for the card.

Of course, that raises the issue of how to be able to permit people to vote more than once, or vote without a pulse, or vote without going through the formality of becoming a citizen, or vote while underage. How about the multiple-residence dodge? Too bad.
