If you own your own building, that is a serious investment in toilets. IF I owned such a business today, I would be very tempted to bring in portapotties for those who cannot decide what they are.
If you are a landlord of commercial property, you have the same investment in new facilities problem. Your building is already built & plumbed. Now you might have to add 2 more bathrooms-——somewhere.

That is exactly why they should go in the Ladies rooms. They are much more tolerant and accepting, don'tcha know.
