Didn’t West say that the Obama birth certificate issue was NOT worth it, then says that he can’t stand Obama? (confused)

Your confusion is understandable max. I certainly can't read West's mind, but the public has been so successfully bamboozled by the left, including Trump and World Net Daily, that West has too much evidence that no one is interested in the Constitution, in spite of what they claim.

Part of the reason is that the Republicans are complicit in demoting the Constitution. John McCain also had natural born citizenship problems, problems which might have been resolved had the Supreme Court not been packed with Kagan and Sotomayor, who declined to recuse themselves, even though their jobs depended upon their decision. Clarifying natural born citizenship might have been a service to the children of military citizens, but is too late for McCain. But it would have caused Obama to be recognized as a citizen, and not president, subject to our legal system for his many felonies (soliciting funds, social security fraud, selective service fraud, involvement in Kenyan elections...)

Obama’s failure to satisfy the well known requirements for a natural born citizen and his ineligibility could not have easily been resolved by extending the interpretation, his eligibility would have taken an amendment, and Orrin Hatch had already tried that amendment in 2003 when he want to enable Scharzenegger’s potential candidacy.

For those new to the legal argument, who see the futility of examing the “kerning” in images submitted by people whose only goal is to tire you of the pursuit, here is the simple truth, one of dozens of citations of our common law, this by Chief Justice Morrison Waite in the women's suffrage case Minor v. Happersett in 1874:

At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens,

That so few understand, or are willing to read enough to confirm the significance of what our supreme court justices have clarified again and again, is a good reason for Allen West to stay away from eligibility. The public does not have education or perseverance sufficient to understand or defend the truth against the bullying tactics of left - Alinsky’s ridicule.

Obama was born to a non-citizen father. Only the most important position in our government is required to be so born, on our soil and of citizen parents. No law can change it because the definition is cited in our Constitution. Any other definition would violate judicial review. The 14th Amendment makes “citizens. Barack boldly told us that he was a 14th Amendment citizen, confusingly called "a native born citizen of the US." He defined himself a naturalized citizen, but those are the cloths of this emperor about which no legislator by Georgia Congressman Nathan Deal would talk. ” Natural citizens are born that way, on our soil of citizen parents. Citizens are either natural, or naturalized. Most US citizens are natural born, but Barack is not.

The origins a "native" or "natural born citizen" precede the Roman Republic. Every US Senator agreed to that definition in 2008, Senate Res 511, but they applied it to McCain and not Obama. No legislator will discuss it because they dare not contradict ten supreme court justices. It is safer to pretend the issue is resolved by the image of a certification of live birth, and hope to defeat Obama in 2012. The dilemma faced by our congressmen, Republicans, was that raising Obama's well known father's citizenship would, like queen check, cause the Democratic party to have McCain removed. Hillary was a shoe in.

I hope Allen West runs. If he does, I'd like to see him with Bachmann or Cain or Palin, in any order whatsoever.
