I actually know a family of greenies. They only flush the toilet if a number 2 is in it. Some of the toilets in the house will sit for days without a flushing. Why? Some statistic on how much water is used to flush a darn toilet. Disgusting to me...
Bet their house smells.
Do they skip showers and baths, too? You can save a lot of water. :)
Brush their teeth once a week, etc.?
They are probably a health hazard for the community... And they probably do not believe in cleaning if they don't believe in flushing toilets... Those greenies sound like typhoid Mary...
